Our first priority is quality. We do our best to get work done as quickly as we can, but delays can happen resulting from difficulty sourcing material, excessive amounts of work to complete, machinery issues, etc.
Your work order will have a due date on it showing our target completion date. If we are unable to complete your work order by the due date, we will notify you as soon as we are aware that there will be a delay.
If there is a "must have by date", please make sure we are aware of it.
We will call you when your order is completed and ready for pickup.
Orders not picked up within 5 business days will be charged a $10/business day storage fee. Business days are Monday - Saturday)
