Work Order Due Dates

• Our first priority is quality. We do our best to get work done as quickly as we can, but delays can happen resulting from difficulty sourcing material, excessive amounts of work to complete, machinery issues, etc.

• Your work order will have a due date on it showing our target completion date. If we are unable to complete your work order by the due date, we will notify you as soon as we are aware that there will be a delay.

• If there is a "must have by date", please make sure we are aware of it.

• We will call you when your order is completed and ready for pickup.

• Orders not picked up within 5 business days will be charged a $10/business day storage fee. Business days are Monday - Saturday)

Rush Orders

• Orders may be able to be "rushed" if you need the item completed sooner than our current schedule allows:

  • Rushed orders are at the discretion of Tree House Hardwoods staff.

  • Each rushed order will incur a fee of $500 or 20% of work-order total (whichever is greater).

    • This fee must be to be paid up-front with your deposit.

• "Rushed" orders are subject to certain limitations such as:

  • If we do not have the wood in stock, we are at the mercy of the suppliers delivery schedule.

  • Certain wood working procedures require delays between steps (for example, allowing glue to dry).
